The system of fees is clear and readable. The individual price is usually higher than the price list. The subscription price includes the posting of a certain number of documents. The price is influenced by the type of records kept and the average number of documents per month. The average number of documents is determined at the close of the year, and the new price is applied for the next fiscal year. The prices listed below are net prices.

Accounting entries are understood as accounting entries defined by the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994, as amended.

Rules of cooperation with the Good Balance accounting office

Because the deadlines for tax settlements, ZUS and reporting obligations are necessary to be met, and the accountant must have time to make entries and prepare tax returns, we ask clients to complete the documents for a given month on time.
Practically:

By the 5th of each month, the client must prepare and send documents for the previous month.
By the 10th of each month, the client informs about liabilities towards ZUS due to contributions paid by entrepreneurs.
By the 15th of each month, Good Balance informs about ZUS liabilities related to remuneration
We send information about tax liabilities by the 20th of each month.
We usually meet with clients once a month, and we also communicate via e-mail and telephone.

In the case of expenses that cannot be accepted by the tax office, I will inform you about them and together we will determine such actions so that they do not expose you to consequences in the form of penalties or interest.
After signing the contract and power of attorney, Good Balance takes over your contacts with state institutions, i.e. we undertake to respond to their calls, respond to inquiries, provide explanations, etc.
Your only obligation will be to provide the documents, if agreed, I will collect them from you as agreed.
